Thanks, there's two things that'd help to know. Please include the answers in your reply:
- You mentioned a new error message now? Could you share a screenshot of what it says please?
- Did you complete any of the troubleshooting steps I shared below, and in the guide I linked?
On a side note, I can see you've shared a few posts in a row since I last was able to check in on your thread.
