Essential Gameplay Changes (THAT ARE BEING IGNORED)
EA isn't very willing to make changes in the game but they are super necessary!
- No punishment for dodging backward and dodging downward.
- The front hand hook instantly recoils after hitting the block, making it impossible to dodge on reaction.
- The front hand hook deals excessively strong cutting damage, often turning the game into a front hook spam.
- The jab deals too much damage when blocked.
- Grappling is unbearably slow, side control is too difficult to escape from.
- Possibility of spamming even with low stamina; strike power and speed do not decrease with low stamina. Constant combos of 6-8 strikes that do not consume stamina and do not increase the incoming damage.
- Clinch spamming.
- Strike magnetism, for example, when a high kick follows a fighter who leans down. And none of this is fixed from the beginning of the game.
- Back dodging uppercut deals terrible damage.
- Lack of balanced submissions; two submissions, where even with the slightest stamina advantage it's impossible to escape (triangle with hands and armbar). Other submissions are impossible to close in any way if the opponent understands that their escape, even at 0 stamina, is faster.
EA, do you really think this game is in its final gameplay state? Why is each subsequent game worse than the last in terms of gameplay?
I'm not the only one noticing this; people constantly write about it on forums.
