Hi i believe i got banned for no reason.
Hi, recently I have purchased UFC 5 and got banned for no apparent reason which I feel is unfair on my part. I have already made a disputed but they have sanctioned my action already. There was no clear reason or explanation to why my account got banned. I never did any foul play in EA as well. What could be the cause? What could be the reason? And what could I do to resolve this? Very disappointing coming from EA.
Please do not ask me to reappeal that was of no help either as EA has already made it's decision to ban me after conducting an "investigation". Which clearly they didn't do it properly. If there was any mistake on my part please highlight to me and tell me what can I do to resolve this or what should I do? With no proper solution clearly this is unprofessional coming from EA.

unfortunately, we don't have access to account details here in the forum and cannot help you with this issue. You should've gotten an email with the reason for your ban. Please look for that in order to discern what the ban is for.
If the Terms of Services team has already investigated your account and ban and found the ban to be correctly applied, there's nothing more to be done.
