How do you unlock UFC 30 shorts

How do you unlock ufc 300 shorts? They all show up as locked.

You should be able to progress the Punch Card to unlock the various rewards, just through playing the various modes for XP or completing challenges. 

I progressed the punch card and that only unlocked zhang weili and Alex peireira not max or Justin
