In game purchase not working

Good evening. I purchased prime Tony Ferguson with in game coins. He is not available to play with. So I then purchased his whole bundle to see if it would work (these vanity items I did not want). This did not work either. Please can you open a case and rectify this immediately. A 15k coing reimbursement would be nice to as I got the vanity items that I didn't want because of something that was you fault not mine.
