Intermittent Matchmaking Issues

I am experiencing inconsistent matchmaking times when playing UFC 5 on my Xbox Series X. My NAT type is open, and I have verified that this issue is not affecting other players in my region of South Africa. This issue occurs at the any time of the day; sometimes I can find a match within seconds, while at other times, I am unable to find a match for the entire day. I have tested at different times ranging from 7am to 12pm. I have had 2 days where I don't have any issues, the rest of the time I have been unable to find a match.

I have not got any issues on UFC 4 and I get matches in a few seconds.

Here are the steps I've already taken:

- Ensured my Xbox Series X has an open NAT type.

- Confirmed that my internet connection is stable and fast.

- Spoken to local players who do not face the same issue.

I would appreciate any assistance or suggestions you might have to resolve this matchmaking inconsistency.
