Issue with UFC 5 Ultimate Edition – "Super Deluxe Bundle Tracking Entitlement"

Hi,

I previously owned the physical (disc) Standard Edition of UFC 5. Yesterday, I purchased the Ultimate Edition via the PS Store (I have the payment confirmation).

The game now launches without the disc, but it only loads the standard content. On the PlayStation website, the content is listed as "unavailable," and within the app, I keep getting the following error:

"SUPER DELUXE BUNDLE TRACKING ENTITLEMENT / SUPER DELUXE BUNDLE TRACKING ENTITLEMENT"

I have already tried the following steps with no success:

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game

Restoring licenses in the console settings.

Despite these efforts, the game still only runs as the Standard Edition.
