Major latency issues makes the game unplayable

I am playing on a wired connection with gig speed internet. I'm seeing people complain about it looking for post on xbox. Ive tried restarting the game and installing and uninstalling and nothing seems to fix it. Ice tried turning my controller off and on and still nothing. I also play with my controller wired in. I had the same experience wit the beta as well.
