Major latency issues makes the game unplayable

I was really hoping EA would finally fix their networking. I was wrong, this game series suffers from the worst latency issues I've ever experienced in a fighting game. This new entry is no different. 

Constant delay when pressing your inputs, sometimes the game doesn't even register that you've pressed it. EA really needs to put some of their billion dollar micro transaction money into getting proper online functionality. Especially if most of the game revolves around online gameplay.

It happens in offline career mode to. Has.nothing to do with network or connection 

3 second delay on every match online, the game is unplayable 

@EA_Mako sooooooo yall plan on doing anything about this or yall just gonna let it plague the game for its entire life cycle? Cause not fixing it sure seems like a EA thing to do. Here it is days after launch and still no.word from u and no patch in sight but yall wanna charge 100 dollars for this game.

I have exactly the same issue. Seems to happen online mostly. I am playing on xbox series s and am connected with ethernet cable. Never had these issues with the previous 4 games. I read an article where some people said that if you play on 60hz instead of 120hz it runs better 

Same for me and it's really ridiculous.

This don't make any sense cause ea was too damn lazy to make this game support 120hz. They couldn't even give us 120fps on a game that has 0 ray tracing or really any new graphic enhancements.
