MARCH 2024 - UNABLE TO GET DOCTOR STOPPAGES

Hi,

I bought UFC 5 a few weeks ago and I need 3 trophies to platinum on ps5. Two trophies are time intensive but the one I can't get is a doctor stoppage. It is apparently the highest % trophy in the game. 

In offline I've just elbowed opponents to a pulp and still no doctor stoppages. In online and blitz it hasn't occured either. Has it been patched out? Is there a tip to get it easily in offline?  I'm aware it was very common at launch but has since been patched
