Matchmaking broken

Hi there.

I'd like to lodge a query regarding matchmaking affecting players in South Africa 🇿🇦. (It seems like it potentially affects the northenly based players more so than players in the southern part of the country. - 

Lately, we have been experiencing alternating periods, where we will go a week or two without finding any decent ping matches. (At all) we only either match local 50-90ms players, or 250ms and upwards. Sitting for long times waiting to find a match at all

That would then be followed by a brief period of good matchmaking where you instantly match with someone around 40-180 ms.

Hope you can either pass the message on to the relevant party or provide a solution, please 🙏🙏 we have a growing group of players that love your game and this hinders the games growth in the region
