Missing UFC Points

Have any of you had a problem with technical support? I purchased game points on the Xbox console through the Microsoft store with a code. I don't have any points in my account.
I contacted Microsoft, the transaction was successful, the points must be in my account. There aren't. I contacted EA support. This has been going on for 3 days now.

I send - Hello, don't worry, I will help you, send another screenshot. I send - Hello, don't worry, I see you're missing points, I'm already helping you. Send a screenshot like this.
I send - Hello, is your e-mail address correct? So correct - Hello, my name is... I will help you. Send a screenshot of this or that, but first remove the previous ones and it will be easier for us to verify.
And so on, for 72 hours. Every now and then a new person joins and asks for the same thing that I have already sent a dozen times, confirmed ID, e-mail, nickname a dozen times.

Sorry to hear you've been having some trouble getting UFC Points to show up on your account.
It sounds like you've been going through the right steps, as our support team would just need to verify this information for any missing purchases.
If possible, it may be easier to try going through live chat rather than email so you can get this sorted out directly with the same advisor rather than having to start over with each new case.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > UFC 5 > I want to check my order status, you should be able to get back in touch with the support team so they can take another look at the situation. I'm afraid we cannot make any changes to your account here on the forums.
