Name Known Screen Glitchers here

Since screen freeze glitch exploiters are as bad as ever, can anything be done? Maybe start a thread where their user names are listed? People put a lot of effort and these people are just a menace and they face no repercussions
For example, a guy named <removed> on ps5 (this is the worst case I've seen) is currently doing with a 2.5 star caf in online career and it's just frustrating. I know I'll lose like 60 points and drop so far by bailing that I have to wait it out as long as I can or be penalized big time.
I don't know what's worse - the pathetic people who abuse the glitch to climb leader boards or the fact that the glitch is still a thing like 30 months into the game

Thanks for the question. No, we cannot have a thread naming other people on the forums. That would be a violation of the forum rules.
Specifically:
Naming and Shaming: No-one likes cheaters, but public call-outs can lead to witch hunts and harassment. If you suspect someone's cheating, report them through the appropriate channels.
Reason being, while you may have the best of intentions, allowing this in general very quickly leads to accusations being thrown around without anyone here being able to verify that behavior. Then, it's not long before someone else just comes in and says, "Hey I saw GlassJoeGOAT doing this too, why aren't they banned yet" and since no one here can verify what took place, it gets ugly in pretty short order.
Instead, the report form linked above would be best so our Terms of Service team can take a look for any actionable behavior they're able to verify with the actual tools and records at their disposal.
