Penalty for quitting online matches

There needs to be a penalty for quitting online ranked and quick matches. It happens in literally 95% of bouts in ranked and quick match. Giving the quitting player a L isn't enough. They need to be either stopped from looking for a match for a certain time with that time increasing every time they quit or they need to have the option to quit completely taken away after the first time. It's completely out of hand. Add this to the fact that sometimes it can take 15 min just to find a fight makes ppl not wanna play the game. It's completely out of control
