Please help

I’ve submitted so many requests to EA support but I get nothing other than a simple decline everytime. Just looking here in case it might help, so I apologize if this doesn’t fit the forums. My Xbox account is 14+ years old and the only game company that’s banned me is EA. I supposedly got banned on Madden 21 in Feb of 2021 on a PS4. I do not play Playstation nor do I own one. From Feb of 2021 till now I’ve been completely stuck. I cant change any security on my account, I can’t unlink it, I can’t do a single thing to play games on MY Xbox account. PLEASE if any admin sees this, I plead that you know I’m not a cheater and I don’t see a point to it. I just want to play UFC 5 on my account
