PS5 Red Corner DNF Exploit

This exploit has existed for at least half a year now. Probably longer. This exploit will instantly win you the game if you are in the red corner. 

How has such a game-breaking bug that is WIDELY KNOWN by players not been fixed or even acknowledged?
