PS5 UFC 5 USER AGREEMENT NOT WORKING

after the loading screen, the game goes to the white “Welcome To UFC 5” screen, asking me to tick the User Agreement box. However I have no way of clicking that box. There’s no cursor to move, prettying any button doesn’t work and there’s no way of exiting back to main menu without restarting the game, which then restarts the whole process again. 

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but instantly had the same issue. I’ve also tried resetting web browsers settings incase that was the issue but it’s not. It’s impossible to play the game. PLEASE HELP.
