Purchasing all fighters bundle

Hello

I would like to ask you what is happening with EA servers, because a couple days ago i purchased "all fighters bundle", from Playstation store, but when i enter the game, all characters which should be unlocked, are locked.

By the way, i have Ultimate edition.
