This happened to me last Tuesday after purchasing Valentina Shevchenko’s Legendary signature emote. It remained locked until I contacted help.ea.com this morning. It got fixed this afternoon. It looks like the bug happens with emotes. Just hoping a patch comes to fix this issue. It would be time consuming to contact help.ea.com each time an emote is purchased.

- PalomaMarvel242 years agoSeasoned Ace@iVladManR I bought the alternate Connor and I waited 1 hr after purchase. You might need to go to help.ea.com with relevant screenshots to resolve issue.
