Re: Pre-order and DLC fighters locked

All dlc mike Tyson and all Bruce Lee and all other dlc characters are locked and it tells me to hit add on pack for 29.99 digital deluxe edition that I gave 98 bucks for I don’t think it’s working properly !! Muhammad Ali locked too and I can’t think of the other ones as well fix plz!

For me its welterweight bruce lee that is locked and i bought the deluxe edition. Hope this also gets looked at and fixed

You don't get Bruce Lee Welterweight with the deluxe edition I don't believe as it states only 3 versions in the description.

@The_Misted_WolfYeah. Depends on which deluxe version you bought I found out this morning. The one through UFC 4 gives him to you. The one in the digital stores does not. And no way to buy him separately. I’ve not seen the 500 points anywhere but here. I can’t find that listed anywhere for the game other than the Jon Jones pack but has 500 but we didn’t get that, just Jon Jones

I ordered the deluxe edition and have never received any of the fighters can you help me please

Any update on this!? All my egos and fighters are still locked and it’s almost been a week! Spent $99 on this

@iVladManR @I’ve gotten replies but they were no help at all. They’ve said everything looked fine and to contact PlayStation support and when I did same thing. It’s irritating 

@franchize2214This is 100% EA's fault. I only have issues with this game. I play on two accounts. I had to buy the game on another account just to play on mine. With UFC 4, all DLCs work on one PlayStation system. Other games work perfectly on a single system as well. I received an email notification that they've already given me a response, but there is no response in a literal sense, not even on the official EA Help Case site. Okay, if this doesn't work, they should refund a portion of the amount.

Same issue cover shows the standard edition as well

This is ridiculous. I contacted Microsoft/Xbox they said I should have my pre-order DLC with deluxe as I ordered in time. Still waiting for content to be added to my game.

EA the problem is you pulled the pre-order license for the game in console stores before the 27th. You need to give people the DLC license for the pre-orders that got the game before 27th of Oct. If your system does not allow this for some reason. then give the proper users the content via the all-fighetr bundle. I have not been able to play the game. As I might have to refund if what I paid for is not given. been almost a week fix this, please. 

If this does not get sorted soon I will just get a refund. Ea what happened to this company?

Why cant ye just fix it. I paid for deluxe edition and cant play with ali then when i go to download him for free it says i already have it. Pls fix it man i wanna play with ali its been 8 days and nothings happened i just got scammed

We don't have a specific ETA to share for this just yet, but I did want to clarify that we're absolutely still working to get this fixed up.

I have the same issue it's a joke paying nearly 100 pounds for something that isint working properly they have had how many years to make a good game
