Sorry for the delay getting back to you.
I contacted your advisors using that method but they advised me to contact Amazon.
To be honest I'm not sure they even understood my issue.
I contacted Amazon to see if I could get another code but they were unable to help.
I then contacted Sony to see why I was unable to redeem the code on my sons profile, they were also very unhelpful but they did say if I was able to get another code then they might be ablet to help me apply to my sons profile.
Is there any way you could help me get another code?
I'm really disappointed that I'm not able to get this content on my sons profile. I wish it had been clear that the code was profile specific, I would really have thought that redeeming it on the main PS5 account would apply the content for all users.
