Reset Password Issue

On my old Xbox i played UFC 4 a lot without any issue whatsoever,

Recently I just purchased a ps5, and as well as UFC 5, and when I load in it says I have to reset my EA password (which I have now done like 10 times). However, when I do reset it, there is not difference made... the game still requests me to reset my password despite all ready doing so. As a result, I cannot play any online game mode at all.

I've read that this issue is because of a very old EA account that I might've made like 10+ years ago, and so that old account is banned or something. 

But I don't understand why I just cannot make a new EA account and link it to my PS5. 

Please help otherwise I'm unable to play any online mode on any EA made game.
