So im being penalized for others quitting?

So if someone quits each time after getting paired with me 3 times in a row i get banned from matching making for 30 minutes. Like whattt how am i being penalized due to thier lack of skill on the ground. How is that fair? Kinda annoying if you ask me&nbsp;

Yeah, got match with the same guy 3 matches in a row on ocm. Quit each time i took him down. Then i get a message saying due to the limit of dnfs reached im unable to find a match in either ranked on online career mode 30 minutes.&nbsp;
