Striking input delay online vs offline

The input delay online is horrible compared to single-player i know theres online lag but i think this is cause of the input delay on striking i barely notice the delay offline

My question is it possible to remove the input delay from ONLINE only or cut the delay in half for online

I don't know how any one can play like this your barely in control when u mix in the weird timing of striking in general and all the dropped inputs caused by hit stuns and whatever else cause my block to not go up
