Sounds like you may have never defended an actual takedown before bro. It's a lot more resource-intensive defending a takedown than it is trying to land a takedown
I defend nearly every takedown but my stamina gets drained and his does not. This is my whole reason for the post . Clearly you have not played somebody that only shoots takedowns purely to drain stamina within 2 rounds of the fight leaving u unable to do anything
