Waiting on 8 months YouTube premium as the prize for winning tournaments but still no sign of them in my emails or anywhere! Where do I complain?

Ranked accolades not working
I’ve division 17 in ranked, but I’m not getting the rewards for it, I haven’t gotten the badge for my player card, in the challenges tab it still says that division 16 is the highest I’ve hit
