UFC 5 GEAR

One thing that would make the game much more realistic and fun is if it would have actual fighting gear.

For example: The Muay Thai shorts don't really look like actual Muay Thai shorts. I doubt that the people designing them have ever seen a pair.

The ones that do have a bit more realistic print/pattern usually have this LED flashing effect, which in my opinion is almost as silly as the bear head or the Mortal Kombat masks.

It would also be nice to have the ankle supporters as an option for the CAF fighters. They are already in the game (Alex Pereira has them), so it shouldn't be that hard to add those to the Online Career mode.

Finally, and I don't think this would be that hard either, would be to have the traditional Thai armbands, also known as Pra Jiad, worn by Muay Thai fighters.

If you can wear a construction workers helmet with beer cans attached to it and blinking pyjama pants, then a couple of armbands shouldn't be that crazy to add🙂

@EA_Mako, or anyone else from the EA team, would you please confirm that you have seen this post and that you will notify the dev team?

Thank you

    Hi @BKbajen,

Thanks for the various points of feedback about the available gear options!

We will certainly pass along the feedback. 🙂
  • I totally agree with you in everything you say, it's more like I expressed some of that in another forum

  • In addition to that, as I have already expressed in another post on this forum, I suggest that the Venun colored shorts should be added to the CAF.

Another thing I would like is for the CAF to have at least up to 3 different equipment options, and thus be able to choose which of them to use before the fights, without having to go to the editor and change pants

    .

  • I would also very gladly see the return of Action Avenur as a fighting stage, since this stage was one of those most reminiscent of Thailand-type fighting places, of course in this case being an octagon and not a boxing ring, but It was the closest to that environment, and it has been removed without making much sense in UFC5.

But I completely agree with everything you say about the fighting elements of Muay Thai, those types of articles take us deeper into the world of fightin
