Ufc 5 loyalty

Saw that you could buy ufc5 through UFC 4 for a discount a few days ago. Tried to do it today and didnt get the popup or prompt even after restarting and reinstalling ufc4. Tried contacting EA chat but couldn't help and they said the offer is still a thing.
