UFC 5 missing ultimate edition content

I bought the UFC5 Ultimate Edition about a month ago now on a deal from the playstation store.  When I got it downloaded, I realized I didn't receive my Ultimate Edition dlc packs that were supposed to come with it.  I had a chat with PlayStation support, but they said I would have to contact the developers of the game, EA.  I have sent in multiple help requests to EA, but they keep closing them and marking them as "No Fix".  Has anyone had a similar problem?  And if so, how did you manage to fix it?
