UFC 5 Progress completely lost.

I have been playing UFC 5 for over a year, with more than 4,000 fights and reaching Prestige 18. Unfortunately, my 9-year-old son accidentally deleted the save file, resulting in the loss of all my progress. I contacted EA Support, but they informed me that, due to technical reasons, it is not possible to restore or back up my progress.

If this is truly the case, then there is a fundamental flaw in the game design. It is unacceptable that there are no intermediate backup options available, as this completely demotivates players from continuing to engage with the game.
