I purchased the Alex Caceres alter ego with coins, but when i went to check it out it was locked, and when i went back it was still locked and my coins were gone, any help?

Bro, i have same problem with mcgregor ufc 205 and volkanovski and cub swanson from previous punch card, they are unlocked but in fighter selection is still locked.. BUT BRO why u just didn’t complete 5 fights in bantamweight and get him for free?
