UFC points no loading onto account after I redeemed them

So I bought some ufc points off of Amazon using a gift card and I got the code. Then I redeemed it on the Xbox console according to the instructions listed. It said all good however when I checked my point were not there. I contacted Amazon and they said to get proof and contact ea to put the points on my account. Idk if there is even a live chat for ea so I’m coming to the community. Can someone please help me out I already tried restarting my Xbox.
