These PS5 tournaments are run by PlayStation, and any verification or distribution of prizes would be done through PlayStation as well. I'm afraid we are not able to confirm tournament standings or grant rewards for placement in these tournaments.
Keep in mind it may take several days to receive the prizes as noted in PlayStation's FAQ for these tournaments:
You will receive your prize in the form of a voucher via a notification within several days after the tournament’s conclusion. Make sure to check your system as these notifications expire within 30 days.
You must join at least one match and stay in the lobby until the designated match start time to be eligible for participation prizes. Players who do not appear for tournaments they register for will not be eligible to receive prizing.
If you're still experiencing issues getting the rewards from a PlayStation tournament, it would be best to contact PlayStation Support to see what options they have available
