UFC5 missing Alter Ego and missing coins

I have bought the ‘UFC FIGHT NIGHT’ Conor Mcgregor Alter ego and after it confirming my purchase doesn’t give him to me. The game takes 1000 of my coins and doesn’t give me the fighter, I have now lost over 7000 coins because of this glitch! I have contacted EA multiple times with no response! 
i didn’t get the alter ego and I lost thousands of coins!
