unable to get out of division 1 ranked

I was playing ranked undefeated in division 7, I went on an on and off losing streak and managed to drop all the way down to division 1. Every time I win it seems like I don’t earn any points! I even managed to go on a 31 belt title defense reign and im still stuck in division one going against max level players. And when I lost, I lost all the points I earned in the win streak and MORE! this system is unbelievable.
