matchmaking is terrible

About 60% of my games don't start, I have really good internet so i know that's no issue but a lo of the games i get to end up just staring at the octagon and have to wait patiently for one of us to quit. I've already been banned for quitting this scenario too many times

Any updates would be appreciated as it's killing my experience
