Lag & PS5 overheating when playing

Anytime I go to the Main Menu, The Gym, or when I'm designing a CAF. My console overheats and it doesn't do this when I'm playing other games. It's definitely a UFC 6 thing. You can see in the menus in The Gym when moving from sections and fighters it starts lagging.
