How can I change to my new Game Face?
I had an old and ugly face created and downloaded on UFC3 player creation. I wanted to change it and logged into my EA-account on "EA SPORTS Game face" via my laptop. I deleted the old one and successfully made a new game face. I saved it and tried to download it on ps4 to a custom character. The problem is that only the old game face, witch I deleted is the only game face that shows up on my character. I have access to the new game face on my laptop but can't transfer it to the actual game... So frustrating, please help!!
It sounds like you have two EA accounts and you're creating the new Game Face on an account that doesn't have your PSN ID linked to it. If you're not creating the Game Face on the account with your PSN ID attached to it, the Game Face won't show up because it doesn't sync up to your PlayStation account.
