I didn't receive my final reward for the head to head season 13
( H2H iconic fighter Minotauro Noguiera + 20 matching abilities for Minotauro Noguiera )
I claimed for this issue in case # 28430357 since more than 10 days ago
I found no answer & careless from customer service
I attached all screenshots and answered all their questions
But till now I found no thing from them
This case not good for EA sports reputation
Who in charge with this matter should be punished

You 'bumped' that case four times since we last had contact with you. Your 'updating' the case with complaints of how long it is taking is actually the reason your case is taking so long to resolve.

My first bump was after more than 10 days of waiting
And your rules as seen in attached here to send rewards after 24-48 hours
As you know it takes more than usual
There is something wrong with this treatment
I hope you can help
