Not allowing online access ps4

Game wont let me go online ive redownloaded the game and reset and unlinked and linked to ea still nothing….

    Hey there.

    Which platform are you playing on and do you happen to be using a custom profile picture for your PSN ID/Gamertag? We've seen that cause some issues connecting to the EA servers for UFC 4.

    Can you confirm you're on PS4? Do you have PlayStation Plus and can you connect after these steps?

    Reboot the power to the modem/router

    1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

    How to power cycle your PlayStation console

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.
