Man for real I'm having same problems still lvl 1 after hours of game play 

Ridiculous to pay $60 for a game that I can’t even play online. I connect to all other EA servers. EA just can’t admit when they mess up

Have you tried rebooting your network along with a power cycle of your console? That usually fixes most connection issues. 

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your PlayStation console

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

That’s just made it worse now I can’t even open the application!

Please do not hijack threads for a different game. Please respond to the forum post you replied on so we can keep it on topic there. 

Each time I go online into UFC it says link your PS4 to your EA account, and I’ve done that.

Try signing into Help.EA.com with your PSN credentials. Then try loading UFC 4 up again. Let's see if that does the trick. 

Je suis sur ps4 ça me dit pareil "tous les utilisateurs actifs doivent être connecté à playstation network etc" alors j'ai redémarre le routeur la ps4 envoyé un msg à ea, connecté à ea help, changer ma photo de profil, supprimer le jeu retelecharger etc. J'ai l'impression d'avoir perdu 35 euros et ça fait * dans cette période compliquée 

Hi I cant connect to UFC 4 online, everytime I get a message that says unable to connect to EA servers. I have a default profile picture and am able to connect to EA servers on other games regularly. I power cycled my X box and that did nothing. This is the only game I have had this issue with. What am I supposed to do?

Were you able to get into the game last night? When that error pops up, resetting your password or logging into our Help site at Help.EA.com can help get around the error message. 

If you're unable to access the online servers, make sure all your Gamertags (Xbox) or PSN IDs (PlayStation) are signed out as one user mentioned here which fixed it for them.
