Hi,
We are investigating on our end, but it would be helpful if you could clarify a few things:
- Which email provider you were using to login with? (e.g. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail...)
- Which internet service provider are you using?
- Which region are you located in? (e.g. San Francisco, California, USA)
