Are your images in the format shown below? So, for example, RAW files from a DSLR type camera cannot be used.

• Minimum size: 480 by 480 px
• Maximum size: 4096 by 4096 px

• Format: JPEG or PNG
• Maximum file size: 10 MB

I can't even reach the point where I can upload images. I last used Game Face for FIFA 13, and haven't used it since, and it looks like the system is trying (and failing) to load that game face.

As soon as I sign in, I get the message:

Generating Game Face

Please don't close your browser.

There's been an error communicating with the server. If the page does not load, please refresh the page.

I've tried waiting for a few hours. I've tried endless refreshing. Nothing is working.

It seems like you do not have the right gaming and EA accounts linked. Please use the info at the following link to make sure your current gaming account is linked to your EA account:

Looking at my EA account, I've got the correct gamertag linked to my account both on my old Xbox 360 and my Xbox One. I have been a member since 2011, but I did recently update my email address on the account. Could that be causing the problem?

If not, could you go in and delete the old game face so the page stops trying (and failing) to load it when I sign in?

Sorry, I cannot delete your GF for you. I think at this stage we need you to contact an Advisor directly to make sure everything is in order.

the fact that we always have to jump through hoops of fire just to access a function that the game claims to have is ridiculous. gameface has not worked for me since fight night.  

I just got ufc 2 and have spent more time trying to get game face to work than i have playing the actual game. i have used every browser available, i have the right image, i have

everything you said would be necessary and still nothing works. And the fact that sooooo many people have complained about it and you have yet to change it tells me you dont

care. this is disappointing ea. i dont know how many more ea games i will be purchasing at this point.
