Are you still getting this error? If so, let us know what platform you play on and what steps you may have tried already in attempt to fix it.

    Hi,

    Yes. 

    He's doing it on ps4.
     
    Reinstall game did not help. I can't play with a friend, but Ultimate Team and Ranked works.
     
    About a mistake with EA, because a lot of people told me.

    Are you able to play with any friends or unable to play with that specific friend?

    I recommend having you both perform these steps to see if it helps you both reconnect:

    Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console.

    Reboot the power to the modem/router

    1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

    How to power cycle your PS4 console

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

    Curious if you're still having trouble around this? We haven't seen any rise in reports and servers are available at the moment.
