Re: why does ea sports always redirect me to home page???

During step 4. It redirects back to the homepage. don't ever get a chance to see my username on the game face page. Does not work.

i appreciate the effort on trying to help us. but it still not working i ve done what youve told us to do step by step. but still the same problem with the redirecting me to the homepage. by the time ive signed in twice and go service and click game face it takes me back to the homepage. please provide us with the solution i believe in the EA sports team if you guys can make great games i know you guys could do better on the website or better yet try making an app for the kinect or ps4 camera to just do it from there😕mileywink: i thank you guys again and please HELP.... god bless

I found another way around this:

1. Login through www.easports.com/gameface
2. The site will return you to www.easports.com
3. If you manually go back to www.easports.com/gameface everything is good.

Can anyone confirm successfully using the steps in the above post by dkavedk?

I have removed both Firefox and Chrome completely and reinstalled the newest versions without any addons/extras.  Windows temp files removed and scrubbed.  Installed Unity from here.  Version Checker shows 4.5.1f3.  Cleared cache and cookies (Including LSO's) and this is the result:

1. Success

2. Success

3. Success

4.  Fail - Redirect to EA homepage.

5-6.  Obviously can't get there (see #4)

Now that we have that out of the way, please advise me on what steps you would like for me to follow next.

Few days have passed since this error occurred, any news to report EA? Or maybe it passed and now I'm the only one watching EA main site over and over?

Yep this is BS. Absolutley horrible customer service and communication. Filing a complaint , I hope you have other roles aside from these threads EA_Barry. Go ahead a delete this post bud.
