Stupid * ea cancled my account and all my stuff. Help with number contacts!

Wtf is wrong with ea i cant find any numbers or help from actual person. I can't get my ea data from apex back it randomly just stopped letting me logg into the game on Xbox and now I can't play it 😤  any help would be appreciated.. it sounds silly. But if I cant get a response I will take legal action for this iv spent tones of money on this game and company to have you spit in my face with no kind of help or contact to resolve these issues. Thanks for nothing!

    We can help troubleshoot on the forums, but we are limited on what we can do in regards to making any changes to account details or discussing specific account information due to security concerns. 

    I know that when servers suddenly go down, your rank may show up as zero or 1 for a brief moment of time but should return. Hopefully that was the case. If you can't login to your account though, I encourage you to contact our Support teams via the options above immediately so we can help get you back into the game ASAP.

  • Hello @EA_Blueberry ,

    When I click the "Live-Support" link there is no reference to any form of chat or phone number to get help from a real person.  My account on Apex legends was wrongfully banned and I have submit a case.  It has been over 2 weeks and it simply says "in progress" with no reference to what that means.  I have been scouring the internet and EA website for a way to speak to a real human who can help, please advise.

    Our Terms of Service team only correspond via email when they're done with the results of their investigation. If you want to talk to an Advisor to check the status of your case or inquire on the account, here are options below. If you contact our Support team at our Help site, select Manage My Account and do not select Banned account as the category or else you'll be routed for an email to the Terms of Service team.

    I eventually was able to find a live chat option where the person simply informed me there is no info to be had until the investigation is complete. It has been 3 weeks now with the status simply saying "in progress". No explanation as to what prompted the ban, what they are investigating, what they are finding, or an ETA to resolving this.

    Having paid for the battle pass this is extremely frustrating as I missed opportunities from last season as well as the current season. Furthermore I am concerned that my account simply remains incorrectly banned and I get no explanation or appeal to the matter.
