Download UFC trial and It pop up saying Do You Own this game or App? Uninstalled and Reinstalled twice and still got the same issue Contacted Xbox and everything they said didn't work also in EA access hub its still saying install and when I click install it comes up with Download failed so I have to install Via Xbox Store

I had this same issue but it worked when i went on the console that is set as my home xbox then went into ea access to claim it

Dude what’s most annoying is that my trial worked perfectly fine the morning it was available. Then I went to work and proceeded to have the worst day ever only to find my trial saying the same exact message you’ve been receiving, except I talked to EA support twice over the phone and they told me it was a “global issue” and that it’d be resolved in a few hours.... Two days later and now it’s actually worse lol. I uninstalled and reinstalled both UFC 4 and EA access, and now when I try to install my trial version on EA access I get a download failure message. I played for one hour only that morning, and now it seems like that’s the only chance I’ll get to play the trial lmao. I’m pretty pissed to say the least.
Reinstalled both ufc 4 and ea access. Even deleted my old account from the xbox so there was no confusion. Disappointed cause I paid for the month for EA access for another account and I cant play. At the very least I hope I get a refund for it

The game installs from EA access, but you click play and it says that I dont own. So I click on Microsoft store. When it brings me to the ufc 4 game in the store, the option to play is there. Instead, theres a dots button to the right of play. I click that, and the only option says trial. I click on that.
Few second later. Now I can play the game . Best of luck!
