UFC freezes on load
UFC 3 won’t load, just keeps freezing and bringing me back to Xbox dashboard. Worked fine yesterday, only a few people are being effected by this. I love this game what do I do?

I have tried every option with no luck. The one thing I noticed is when I unlink my account from the ea website, the game tells me the online features will not work but the game itself works just fine. I can play every mode besides multiplayer with no freeze and boot. When I link my account back whether it's through the ea access app, the website, origin, or the game itself, the game freezes right after the main menu and boots me instantly. It is with the linking of the account that has the issue
- @EA_Blueberry I am having the problem on Xbox. It started right after I bought the Bruce Lee pack. Now my game freezes and crashes in the loading screen I have tried everything from resetting, reinstalling, deleting saved data.. nothing seems to work
Ok problem solved for now, went to origin.com logged in and verified my xbox tag was linked. Then i reset the password, then hard reset on router and xbox, so far so good, just got my first fight in in a week. Hopefully this helps someone else, see you in the octagon.

I can not get my game to start as of last night. Every time I hit start at the start screen it starts to boot, then either when arrow comes up in the corner or as soon as the main menu comes up it crashes to the dashboard. Ihave tried unlinking and relinking my account and changing my origin password, rebooting my router, power cycling my xbox, deleting my, saved data and reserved space and reinstalling my game. I have not tried deleting my cloud save because I have spent so much money on packs and things over the years. Thanks in advance for the help! This is my favorite game.
How do you delete the cloud saves? I have tried all of the above as well and still not working for me.
When you delete you save data pick delete from everywhere instead of delete from this console. I think you will lose anything you have earned/bought if you play ultimate team though and it may not fix it . Just a heads up. I wish EA would come out with a fix on their end as it seems like more and more people are starting to have this issue out of nowhere.
Deleted gamertag from xbox and re added. Changed password on origin and on help.ea, cleared all game data "from everywhere" and reinstalled the game. Still crashing after loading screen. Works fine on my wife's gamertag.

So I was able do reset my password on the ea account page. I did a factory reset on my router and today the game actually worked for a few minutes. Then it gave me the you have to be connected to the ea servers message consistently. No more boots or freezing for about an hour or so. Then it started freezing again. Currently I'm able to play ranked. Fingers crossed it stays this way
