Hello. I agree with pretty much everything the original poster said and lot of the other things that have been said. I would like to add my piece, something I don't see in this thread yet. The clubs menu (the first layer of the when looking from the main menu) is missing some per club key information and has a ordering/sorting issue. I have couple of screenshots to help explain the issue especially to those who are not fully familiar with DR2 (DiRT Rally 2.0).
Screenshot 1: Here is a shot from the DR2 club menu. You can see club events (note, just events) ordered by how much time there is remaining until the club event ends. Now this what is missing from the EA WRC. Having this ordering and information available at first glance makes clubs so much more easier and simple to navigate in my opinion. I think this issue is almost a deal breaker for people who are members of many different clubs. It is quite difficult to keep track of what clubs you have run and what you still need to run if you want to participate in every event of the club championships. Now in DR2 you also had the option to see event details for a particular event. This would show you the stages and some basic club settings, you could also see the championship standings for the championship of which the event was part of. This DR2 style was pretty simplistic but I think it was good enough for the most part.
Screenshot 2: Here you can see what you can't see in the first shot. It is in fact from EA WRC. The order of the clubs seems pretty random, I don't know yet what is the logic behind it if any.
Screenshot 3: From EA WRC. In this I have selected a club from the main menu (one layer down from the clubs main menu). Here you can finally see the time remaining in the current event of that club. But it could be easier could it not? However can you guess what club this is? Yes, the name of the club is not visible anywhere in this screen which I think is also an issue. People have pointed out that the name of the club is not visible in the leader boards and stuff, like it was in DR2. However my point is that the issue already starts in this screen.
I actually like the direction in which EA WRC has gone with menus stylistically, it's just missing a lot of seemingly simple stuff. Now this should also mean they should be quite simple add later. That's what I am hoping anyway.
Another quality of life issue related to this, which has been pointed out in this thread and which I would like to repoint, is the fact that once you select a club in the clubs menu and return, the game always puts your selector to the first club in the clubs menu. This makes checking the clubs for events even more difficult. This same problem occurs in the moments menu as well. The game should remember the position of the selector and once you return to the clubs menu (first layer) your selector should be on the club you entered previously. Hope it is fixed soon.
