For the "Record Setting" moments event, it is stated that Elfyn Evans was the second non Scandinavian driver to win Rally Finland at least twice, but he is actually the third driver to do that. First was Sébastien Loeb (2008, 2011 and 2012), second was Ott Tänak (2018, 2019 and 2022) and then Evans (2021 and 2023). Actually the best would be to call them non Nordic winners, as Finland generally is not considered as part of Scandinavia.
